Overseas Shipping
Please note orders dispatched to any non-UK address may be subject to additional tax and administration charges in the receiving country, payable upon arrival. For the Republic of Ireland this may total around 23% VAT + €3.50 admin charge. Please get in touch before placing an order if you have any questions.

Refunds & Returns
If you're not totally happy with your product or its condition upon delivery, please use the contact methods above within 14 days to arrange a refund or replacement.
You then have a further 14 calendar days to return an item, where you are responsible for your own return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be informed when the goods are received, inspected and the refund is confirmed (including original delivery costs). The refund will then be issued within a further 14 days to the original method of payment.
